Terms of Service
The rules for using Little Legend. By creating an account you accept these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child featured in a book you create.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of photos you upload and of the books generated for you. You grant Little Legend a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.
You must not upload photos of anyone other than your own child without that person's parent or legal guardian's documented permission.
3. Prohibited content
You may not use Little Legend to create content that is sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, politically extreme, or that depicts real public figures, copyrighted characters, or branded products.
We use automated moderation to enforce this. Repeat or serious violations will result in account termination without refund.
4. AI-generated content disclaimer
Stories and illustrations are generated by AI. They may occasionally contain inaccuracies, unexpected elements, or stylistic differences from your photo. They are intended as a creative product, not a factual record.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation may fail; you may retry at no additional cost during the free trial.
6. Payments and refunds
Subscription terms, pricing, and refund policy will be presented at the point of purchase. UK/EU consumers retain their statutory cancellation rights.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Account → Delete. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (subject to your statutory consumer rights).
